University of Queensland Judo Club
Welcome to the UQ Judo Club!

The UQ Judo Club is a club devoted to Kodokan Judo, a Japanese art and Olympic sport.

Although we are a University club, we welcome everyone to train with us. In addition to our student members, we currently have members from around the world, including Germany, France, Japan, Korea and the UK.

Please get in touch if you are a judo player or someone wishing to try out this great sport for the first time. We cater for all levels, from the casual player trying to learn a few techniques to high-performance athletes.

The Club has been very successful again this year and remains the premier competitive club in Queensland.
UQJC players gained a haul of four gold and several other medals at the recent Queensland State Championships.
